What is a good tradition to start at a new high school theater ?

The new theater has been built for our high school and we will be there for it’s first play ever. Does anyone know a good tradition that can be begun and passed on here?

Have your kids come up with something.

    at my school, before every show the cast and crew do "Circle". we all stand around holding hands- right over left- and we talk about the show, ONLY POSITIVES. we have lots of mini inside jokes that we do during the circle. to speak one puts out their leg and the director calls on them to speak.its always fun but sorta secret, you can’t talk about circle out side of circle. you can’t teach newbies the jokes (or the moves/ word to vulture) now don’t completely steal our idea just take some from it. hope i helped.
