		<description>&lt;b&gt;before i moved ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; before i moved house, i used to live opposite a pub, and @ midnight on news years eve, everyone came out of the pub (and becuase they were probably drunk :L) made a circle, held hands and started singing, and we all came out of our houses either joining in or wishing everyone in our street a happy new year, even we hardly knew any of them! 

It was, to use a kiddies phrase, magical! only last about 15mins-half an hour though :P</description>
